Time is precious but Alan took time to explain the benefits of a different bike than the one I initially had my eye on. I later ordered online and got it 2 days later. Ordered bike befor Xmas,not expecting it to get it befor then as I only ordered it on the 23rd,it arrived the nxt day already set up (apart from a peddle to put on which wasn't hard 2 do) very happy with the bike and have seen the bike at a higher price else where
