From the very first telephone call that we had with the team, right the way through to the ‘aftercare’ once all work had been completed, the team at PC were exceptionally professional and yet relaxed, transparent with costs and open about how far our budget would reach, and always in the end of their emails and the phone.

They took time to understand exactly what we wanted, spent time planning and then sharing their ideas with us, contacted us throughout the filming day (we couldn’t be there due to COVID-19) and worked quickly and efficiently to deliver our final piece.

Even when we had a few things that we wanted to change after the final piece had been delivered to us, the team at PC were really accommodating and helped us to reach a final position that we were happy with.

Would definitely recommend Pocket Creatives, and we will use these guys again!

It was great working with Steve and Cameron. They took the time to understand what I needed, and then discussed few ideas. Once the work on the videos started, it moved really quickly, and they even did a couple of extra versions/options for me to choose from rather than just the one we'd agreed, which I really appreciated. And they're still just a phone call away if I want any tech support on how to use the videos, embed them in different places etc. So very positive experience and will definitely be using them again!
