"Great looking product, great looking price"

Have bought a number of lacquered bare metal rads over the past year for my house refurb and have found the product price and service A1.
We did have a pin hole leak in a white column rad but these things happen and it is how you deal with it. Columnrads dealt with it very well.
I have another 9 to replace and will be coming back soon.

I was very impressed with Column Rads. I called to see if they had what I wanted in stock and to check whether I was ordering the right radiator/valves, etc. I needed the radiator urgently and it arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, the valves were not included and my plumber fitted the radiator in my absence without the valves. Consequently, I emailed Column Rads to get a refund on the valves. I was contacted promptly and given an immediate refund on the valves with no quibbles. I will definitely be using them again.
