I ordered a pewter watch for my sons birthday. It arrived in only a few days. I decided to get it engraved. I went to the store to ask if they would do it while I waited. The two ladies were very helpful & saudcthe engraver would do it. I had a delicious coffee & carrot cake in the lovely cafe & a browse around the gift shop and it was ready. Good service all round and some lovey gifts.

Had the watch for 2 months 7 days, it broke the first two days; on the wind. They comp’d the watch for $88.00 US Dollars. Sent a second. Wow, great fast shipping. One week. Since then the second watch due to my neglect, as a conservative, and being a 30 year old novice watch handler; did the unspeakable. It went through a Korean wash -(LG). This watch was gifted. I paid, $44.00 US dollars, to replace, for the third time. Shame on me, they saw my name twice because the third watch winds and holds one week, on four pulls off the gate; and 1 pull every 5 hours. The face is meticulous, an has perfection of a true steady blacksmith. Out of this world. Incomparable.
