"PURCHASE A DIFFERENT BAR PREP SOFTWARE"
I used Quimbee for the February, 2023, Florida bar exam. I almost failed because of the way Quimbee presented Florida law. I completed over 90% of the course and it mostly focused on UBE laws instead of Florida specific laws. I did a lot of supplemental bar prep to make up for the huge gaps in Florida law Quimbee did not include. I passed to Florida bar, but not because of Quimbee. It was because someone on Reddit sent me their Barbri Florida materials. Thankfully, The Florida Bar examiners chose UBE laws for portions of the exam where they generally select to test Florida laws. Otherwise, I would have failed. If you are taking The Florida Bar Exam, do not use Quimbee!

"Somewhat Helpful"
The essay and multiple choice questions are helpful for preparing for exams. But their legal ethics course is apparently several years out of date because some of the essay question answers cite model rules of professional conduct that have been deleted.

"Their customer service is appalling"
Their customer service is appalling. I suspect that they use robots, not humans. I'm serious. You will get only pre-programmed responses and nothing you receive will reflect any thought being put to the problem. They hate talking with their customers so much that they have made it impossible to do. There is no telephone number. Use some other provider.

"Not what it seems to be"
I bought the bar prep course specifically because it had the life time access. Just like Bar Max has. However, it turns out, that it is not the case. Quimbee only gives you access if you are enrolled to sit for the bar. Sometimes you need more time to prepare for multiple reasons and Quimbee does not acknowledge that. I like the material but their approach and lack of service in this matter leaves me no other choice than only 2*

"AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE"
They have an awful customer service. There is no way to get to somebody over the phone. The only way to get a response is through an email. That email goes to same 3 people every time. One of them is Tara. She was nothing but rude. You pay hundreds of dollars for a service, however you can't get to the customer service and when you do, they treat you poorly. I was extremely disappointed. I receive advertisement emails from the CEO all the time, however there is no way to email him back. I would not recommend their service.

"Great for Law Students"
Bought the Quimbee Platinum 3 year subscription for $499 in Aug/2017 for my wife (was an entering 1L student at the time).
Excellent tool for helping with law school courses and case briefs.
Would definitely recommend for anyone in law school.
