I finally thought that having read the reviews written for Athena Solicitors that we had finally found solicitors that could truly help us relinquish our timeshare. Indeed we received an initial response from Stephen Boyd which suggested that they could indeed help relinquish our timeshare with no upfront fees however, when specific questions were asked on how exactly the process worked, we never received another reply. I wrote at least three times, but never heard from them again.
*Update*
I received a response from Stephen Boyd, since leaving the above review, excuses were given as to the reasons for not responding to my emails. I was then informed and I quote "Given your rather unfair comment on Trustpilot (which I will now have to remove) I am unable to act for you in any event."
Since leaving the review, I have been contacted by Trustpilot to provide evidence to show that Athena law and I have had correspondence and that the review is a true representation of events (Athena Law wanted the review removed). Please note my experience with Athena law has now been verified by Trustpilot.
