We are really happy with our glass splashback and the overall service provided from initial enquiry, visit to the office & installation. I agree with the last reviewer - having a home survey to take measurements rather than trust our tape measure & abilities was very reassuring! Everyone has been brilliant. My antique brass mirrored splash back was half the price I’d been quoted elsewhere.

"interior glass balustrade"

We are really pleased with the interior glass balustrade, it looks great and it makes our split-level dining room/ lounge situation safer, and the glass makes it fairly unobtrusive.
Allun provided prompt replies to my questions and requests. I would like to thank Ideal Glass for allowing us to change our minds at the last moment about having the metal supports powder-coated in white. The white supports make the balustrade look contemporary and blend in with our decor.
It was so helpful that Chris came out to take measurements beforehand. Other balustrade companies I had researched expected me to provide the measurements and I needed an expert to do this, plus to install. Chris's installation was perfect, no mess, and very professional.

if the fitting crew (nice blokes) had just spent an extra 5 minutes with a broom to round up all the shattered glass fragments than had ended up on the floor during the removal of the damaged section then this would have been a 5 start review(attention to detail) - I do find little things like this a complete irratation and especially as they had been supplied with a cuppa and a tip :-(
