I have ordered many, many times, and have never had a problem. This time, one jar arrived broken - it mustn't have been noticed when it was packed, as the delivery packaging is always very robust. Anyway, I emailed Rio Health with a photo and was sent a replacement the same day. Their communication is always great (thanks, Sam - it has always been Sam), and I wouldn't dream of getting my maca from anywhere else.
