"Amazing customer support"

Amazing customer support, great product and a true thought partner in an otherwise world full of vultures who try to mask horrific rates to busy DTC and startup founders.

"They Sell You the Dream, but the Truth Hurts"

Their staff is filled with very friendly, and enjoyable people. But at the end of the day, their job is sales.
I mean purely, sales. They will pretend to understand your business and act as if want to help you continually grow (think about the capital needs of a fast growing company).

Our story is that we had gotten a batch of offers from them, which we accepted the least amount. Business turned out better than usual, and when we came back we were rejected. Despite every indication and a past offer that pointed towards us getting another respectable offer.
The worst part is, as typical with these kinds of companies - the underwriters are behind the scenes. If they come back with something nonsensical - which they did - you can't prove them otherwise. In our case our marketing metrics weren't up to par on Facebook. What's funny is that they have no idea what our profitability looks like on our almost dozen other channels that we sell on. Nonsense reasoning.

Wayfair, if you guys "cared" about our business, then why don't you make a little bit more effort to understand our capital needs. Where are the initial pump and dump salespeople like Paddy, when we come back for more capital during a high growth phase? Not his fault specifically, but someone with bad intentions behind the scenes is pulling the strings. On to the next company to make a huge return on.

I'm surprised by the good reviews here. It makes me encouraged to say more, and to get my team to do so as well.
