Good process except you could do with fewer emails. One to confirm the sale, another to give the download and activation code.

Iike the product. Just slightly confused during the activation process. It was not easy to understand.

Awesome technical support, CMS IntelliCAD was failing to run properly but the CMS support was able to identify the problem at my system that was caused by NORTON Antivirus. It was unduly blocking me from running CMS IntelliCAD.

CMS contacted NORTON AV and they acknowledge the problem at their software. The issue was identified and resolved in less than 5hours.

Hats Off guys!
