One of the blinds (a skylight blind) I received had a faulty mechanism, which means it does not retract after it was opened. I reported this straightaway explained that I did not wish to wait for a replacement, I asked for a refund. The company report that they do not offer refunds, even on faulty items and offered a repair. I have rejected and repeated my request for a refund a number of times, however and my requests for a refund have been rejected, eventhough this is a breach of my consumer rights. I have contacted my credit card issuer to arrange a charge back.
