Guitar was shipped damaged. No one at company has returned inquiry to solve the damaged guitar issue. Extremely disappointing

Tim was very nice and did respond to my emails.
A long tail piece took weeks and weeks to order.
I understand that the part probably came from
overseas ....but it doesn't reflect well on the company.
Also....the reason for it breaking....just sitting in the
case does not speak well for the material or craftsmanship. I do love the guitar however.

I still have not received my order although it was supposed to have been delivered four days ago. It's a birthday gift and I'm very disappointed it's so late.

My DC/mini is a perfect size/weight. However, while strapped and playing, guitar body is too light to keep guitar in playing position. Also, mine is hard to tune for consistant results up the fretboard.
