"Getting the item and getting the order….step Gold Tail Piece … new"
Getting the item and getting the order right…A +. Having the original item break in the first place, price of item and not being able to talk on the phone with someone…..D- at best.

"Scratching an old D'Angelico itch"
I'm in my 70s, grew up in NYC and was always aware of the D'Angelico brand as the pinnacle of jazz guitar lutherie. I wasn't a jazz guy by any stretch, however, so it was a distant love affair to be sure. I've been playing since age 15 and I did play "professionally" in NYC and New England bands and bars, and eventually in Hollywood recording song demos with Richard Orshoff (Jackson Browne's first producer). After a few frustrating years, I escaped and got a real job in a big city. Music became more of an avocation, though I've always kept my hand in, play out whenever the opportunity presents itself, and even recorded a CD with a band on Maui. Anyway, since becoming aware of the "resurrected" D'Angelico company a few years ago, I have followed with great interest its evolution. Recently I decided to take the plunge with a Premier Atlantic Oxblood. I wanted to go for the Deluxe with the ebony board, A4 Seymour Duncans, and hard case but couldn't really justify the price at this juncture in my life—especially with a wife to keep happy on the touchy subject of Gear Acquisition Syndrome. Yet I still wanted to scratch some of that old D'Angelico itch from my childhood. I was not in the least disappointed. This is a superb instrument, almost incomprehensibly good at the price point, well worth it at even $500 more. One thing I don't recall being mentioned in the reviews is the ergonomics of the body. They rave about the incredible neck heel, fit and finish, the iconic art-deco headstock, and etc., yet not the body dimensions. I'm 6'1" so maybe it's just me, but I have always found Les Pauls a little too small, yet until I held the Atlantic I didn't realize how much more comfortable a Les Paul-style guitar could be. The larger width of the Atlantic somehow makes my right hand fall naturally right where it should be without needing any support at all. Great job, guys! I even took advantage of the 30% discount for registering my instrument and bought a couple of logo tee shirts. I'm now happily advertising your brand, and that old itch has been successfully scratched.

"Great experience"
Great experience, and great store in Aspen. They hooked my daughter Mikayla up on a Microphone, guitar and AMP and let her play for the store. Ended up buying the guitar. She loves it!

"Order went pretty well"
Order went pretty well. I thought there'd be screws with the truss rod cover but guess not.

"Service could have been a little…"
Service could have been a little friendlier. Also no guitar case available for purchase strikes me as kind of odd.

"Loved your site!"
I enjoyed your items listed for sale, and I enjoyed a video of a guitar master playing one of your Deluxe products.
I recommend you list reviews of your guitars so all can read them and consider your guitars for their next purchase. Cheers, Big Mike
