By far the best experience I've had when it comes to buying computer parts. The personal touches when it came to updates, the chocolate, and the hand-written thank you message were all hugely appreciated. Was super easy to reach out to them and ask questions and my package even arrived earlier than the initial ETA which is always a bonus.

Receiving updates in person - payment confirmation, courier scheduled, tracking number, dispatch, etc. and not just the standard automated system that we've become accustomed to. My parcel arrived today, mind you super fast delivery too - and it was packaged with sooooo much care ;) not even Zeus himself would've been able to destroy it! Out there is a team - Greg and the Dream Team - who value and take care of their customers and each and every purchase is dealt and handled with so much pride.
