"MDsave Needs a Follow Through"
I recently used MDSave to book and pay for a medical procedure, and while the booking process itself was straightforward and user-friendly, I encountered significant issues with the procedure's follow-through that I want to bring to your attention.
Although I was initially told that my report would be available in the portal within three days, it has now been over a week, and neither I nor my physician have received the results. When I contacted the provider directly, I was informed that they are short-staffed and that, because this was a screening, it was not considered a priority.
This situation has been both frustrating and concerning, as the delay impacts my ability to take timely action on my healthcare. While I understand staffing challenges can occur, it was disappointing to feel that my procedure was deprioritized simply because of its classification. Furthermore, the lack of updates or communication about the delay added to my frustration.
I also reached out to MDSave’s support department to address this issue and am currently waiting for a response. I hope this will be resolved quickly, as timely communication and follow-through are critical to ensuring a positive patient experience.
I value the transparency and convenience MDSave offers, but these issues with the provider and the delay in resolving them highlight a need for improved coordination and oversight. It would be helpful if MDSave could ensure providers adhere to promised timelines and maintain the level of urgency and professionalism patients deserve.

I was looking to get a medical test at a good price since I was paying out of pocket. The price was great, the test was done at my convenience, and the voucher I received for the payment of the service was accepted by the testing facility. This was a positive experience and I will use MDSave again in the future should the need arise.
