"¡Si eres de España ATENTO! No recibí jamás mi paquete, CUIDA LA EMPRESA DE TRANSPORTE"

ACTUALIZACION (PARA CONOCER LA HISTORIA, LEAN MAS ABAJO)
La empresa y el comercial que me atendió se hicieron cargo de reembolsar el precio del producto, (10 de agosto) igualmente, dejaré por escrito que Aramex no es una empresa de transporte fiable en España. Ojalá pudieran mejorar en eso.


.El día 14 de Mayo hicimos un pedido y a día 1 de Agosto no sabemos nada de él y la persona que nos atendió no responde nuestros whatsapp. El pago (750e, pongo la cantidad para que entiendan mi agravio ya que no es poco dinero) y a partir de ahí no recibí actualizaciones sobre el progreso del paquete. Lo habitual en España es recibir esta información por parte del vendedor y después por el transportista pero jamás recibimos ningún aviso del seguimiento.
Cuando busqué por mi cuenta donde estaba el paquete en Aramex decía que ya estaba de vuelta y que era desde Borneohale desde donde tenía que recibir la respuesta. y además al enviarlo por Aramex una vez estando el paquete en España tenía que pagar otra tarifa, algo bastante sospechoso ya que el envío se supone que me costó 450 euros. Ha día de hoy he perdido los 750e, porque tampoco me los han reembolsado. (Finalmente, me reembolsaron el total del producto, no el envío)

On May 14th we placed an order and on August 1st we don't know anything about it and the person who assisted us does not respond to our WhatsApp messages. I was very interested until we made the payment (750e, I put the amount so you can understand my grievance since it is not a small amount of money) and from then on I did not receive updates on the progress of the package. The usual thing in Spain is to receive this information from the seller and then from the carrier but we never receive any tracking notification.
When I looked for myself where the package was in Aramex, it said that it was already back and that it was from Borneohale where I had to receive the response. When speaking with Harun I did not receive any response or help and also when sending it by Aramex once the package was in Spain I had to pay another fee, something quite suspicious since the shipment was supposed to cost me 450 euros. Today I have lost the 750e, because they have not reimbursed me either.
