Customer service from this company was amazing. I ordered a log basket on Tuesday for a present which btw is absolutely lovely. It was expected in 5-7 days of ordering. I received an email from Mark the Director asking me if I would like it sent out on Thursday to receive Friday, which it was.
You don’t often get service like that. Recommend all to use them.

Staff always professional and polite. We needed logs at very short notice. They explained the options and within 36 hours we had them. Also they were delivered in a time slot and the currier gave us tracking and a phone call before delivery. Product was excellent and of consistent size. Couldn’t ask for more would highly recommend over competition. Thank you.

Ordered bag of mixed hardwood seasoned logs. Arrived in a couple of days. Logs were very dry, well below 20%, and burned well.

Good service, delivery prompt using a friendly, helpful carrier service. Excellent logs but one minor point: some were very large and - for one of our log burners - a few needed splitting further.

What I like about UK Logs Direct is the size of the logs. The large crate that they are transported in and the plastic wrapping that keeps the logs dry before use.
Delivery is also excellent, always on the day and time given.
