"Ordered the Bikenda glucometerer"

Ordered the Bikenda glucometer. Delivery took a long time and when the product arrived it was NOT as advertised. It was a simple oximeter which did not measure non invasive blood glucose. The packaging claimed the contents were a glucometer.
A message to helthglow requesting an answer or full refund has had no response.

I was overcharged €35 instead of €28 by helthglow.com.I cancelled my card thankfully and was told by my bank that there had been another attempt to withdraw more money from my account. I have requested a refund ,but I haven't heard back from them.I don' t expect to receive the products I paid for_ a 'bee venom' facecream.
'Yeardour' was on the invoice. A Hong Kong address also is a red flag.If it sounds too good to be true then it probably is.My advice is to avoid this website.

Fantastic product, I didn't realise how good it was til I couldn't get any more!! As out of stock. My first order was delivered really quickly. Now waiting for them to restock.

I am trying to contact this company to get my order cancelled and a refund for £234. Unfortunately I believed the video on Instagram but have been researching since yesterday to find this product isn't even in the top 5 of best menopause treatments. In fact the top brand is only £107 for the same amount of product. I can not purchase the other brand until I am refunded the £234. I need a contact number to call someone. Not very impressed at all!
They have now said they have been dispatched so cannot cancel so just try them. I don't want them now as I have found the number 1 brand for £107. Just getting so frustrated with this company. Way too expensive!
