"A different handle material, please"

Great product that my cat chewed the handle off straight away. These should be made of something other than cork. The wand itself seems to be strong.

Happy with my products! What differentiates repounce to me is the product quality and customer service. Products are very well thought out and they were quick in answering any questions I had. But most important, the cats loved playing with their new toys, have tried the forever stick and forever prey and can recommend both!

"Customer for life!"

I ordered a Forever Stick from Amazon after trying several wands from the pet stores that were just not very good. Flimsy, too short, would break…all together sub par.

Then I found the forever stick from Repounce while searching for a better option on Amazon. It came in after a few days and our kitten (Biscuits) came unhinged! She is obsessed! With two different ways of attaching toys, either directly to the tip or by a supplied string, it gives her variety in how she plays with it. More ground chasing while attached to the tip and with the string I swear she sprouts wings. She will play until exhausted.

I did have the very bottom of the cork handle break off during some intense play time and contacted Repounce who informed me the issue was addressed with their new version and promptly sent a replacement wand free of charge! We are very thankful to have such a robust wand and support from a responsive company.

Additionally, I want to highlight Repounce’s exceptional customer service. My original order got stuck in FedEx's system, but Anton promptly sent me a replacement which arrived quickly. Unfortunately, that package was damaged in transit. When I reached out to him, he immediately sent another replacement—this time a 2-pack! Those arrived safely in just a few days.
Interestingly, the original package finally showed up a few days later. I offered to send all extras back since I didn't need more than one stick, but Anton kindly suggested I donate them to local cat shelters. Since I volunteer at a shelter, I’m excited to share this fantastic product with kitties in need.
I truly appreciate Anton’s generosity and dedication to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend his product and company to all cat parents!

"The only cat wand toy I'd recommend"

What a great addition to my cat's growing armament of toys! Definitely worth every penny. My SO (also an engineer, like the wand designer) was impressed with the design and the quality of the material. Something about force distribution due to the tapered design and durable fiberglass. I love it because of how lightweight it is and how easy it is to control the lure at the end. Additionally, the owner of the company seems dedicated to creating cat products that last, which is important to me as some one who hates throwing out stuff that breaks too quickly. Most importantly, our cat loves it too!

The owner, Anton, was also super lovely to communicate with over email. I look forward to seeing his next cat product!

"Forever stick"

Writing this review in English since I know the company is active in both Sweden and the US/Canada.

The delivery (to Stockholm, Sweden) was the quickest I have ever experienced (aprx 32 hours from order was made to it being dropped off at my door). When receiving my forever stick the clasps was a bit stiff so I emailed about that and promptly got a reply. The consumer service was excellent: quick, kind and with a flexible solution! Highly recommend a purchase!
