This was my first umraah and going with Arif travel was the best decision I made, they cater for everyone. Masha'Allah the experience was amazing and emotional the group becomes your family.

Alhamdohlillah it was my first Umra so was nervous, my husband got in contact with Arif Hajj and Umra and he spoke to Brother Altaf and honestly he explained all and dealt with us so professionally and put our my mind to ease then officially we left for our Umra and from my heart I’m lost for words with the experiance and thanks to Brother Altaf who assisted us throughout the whole trip, we were extremely satisfied with the scheduling and responsive back and forth communication without him we be lost so big shout out to brother Altaf jzk for all the kind help and support you provided. Plz plz plz i will say if u are in need off any information or thinking off going please get in touch with arif Hajj and Umra 1st as they deffo keep up to all they promise Once again jzk beother Altaf brother will definitely go again with you guys.

"5* service and Direct License Holders"

I can honestly say that Altaf has gone above and beyond on this journey as he has on the other 5 years that I have traveled with him but I must admit going with him this time during a pandemic with so many restrictions was best decision I made I must stress to you guys the importance of going with these guys as direct license holders rather than middle men as we saw first hand the people who come on tourist visa were struggling to do umrah to do thawaf to visit the prophet mosque everything were as we were on a umrah visa through Arif hajj and umrah and we had wristbands which sent us through both mosques with ease we had no problems with doing umrah and thawaf or salaam at the prophets mosque with these wrist bands also we were told 5* hotel and that’s exactly what we got in both Makkah and Madina

"Stay away from arif Hajj and umrah"

Well where do we start I don’t think this altaf has any idea or concept of what Islam means
We went pre pandemic and we paid the high premium yet we weren’t even given a low premium hotel, not one of them would give a straight answer and guidance constantly fobbed off
I’ve never met such lying deceptive money hungry providers
If you are elderly or frail please, I cannot stress enough don’t part with your hard earned money these ppl especially the leader altaf posting videos of him flying Buisness class and luxurious hotels shame on you, inshallah you will get yours we are all being tested only time will tell

Avoid these at all costs - totally clueless only in it for the money; sub standard accommodation; hardly edible food; dangerous unroadworthy transport; they will ruin your hajj and Umrah and then blame you for it or tell you that what Allah willed for you!!!

Honest people that really help you to perform your Hajj in a best possible way. Put aside the minimal financial gain their God fearing component is viewed in their characters (Both father and sons) this stretchs them to their maximum limits in providing services. "It's a cheap package so expect that, but you get Hajj done"

You get Hajj done and that's main thing . But if you got the means to pay a bit extra , dont try to cut corners and go for a group that has minimum standard of hotels ( we had creatures in the rooms ) and food service and overall customer service . As its below what we expect as brits ( and im not talking about expecting 5 star Maldives hotel too )
Arif hajj are cheap so you get that . So if on a tight budget, go for it and get your Fardh done . But you'll wish you paid a bit extra if you have the means .

To clarify the hotel in question - Al Manar Ajyad (Makkah ) below standard hotel with poor cleaning service and hygiene. . And not Pullman , which is the more premium package .

Salam all... me and my husband went with this company for our Hajj in 2018, our experience was amazing, May every Muslim be called In’Shaa’Allah
Coming back to this company, it is a family run business and all are Friendly & accommodating. We were guided throughout and accommodation was ok, nothing to write home about.... food was nice. Elevator at the Mecca hotel was terrible, it only holds 4 people and always broke down , which isn’t Arif Hajj’s fault, I guess
Overall a tremendous experience, hard work to

"Excellent service the group leaders are…"

Excellent service the group leaders are very helpful. Problems we Faced during Hajj 2019 the hotel in Makkah was v.poor. there were only two lifts for 18 floors. It was extremely difficult sometimes to get space in the lift therefore we were forced to walk up 8-10 flights of stairs in the exhausting heat. The rooms were cramped and hygiene was v.poor.However,The food was nice throughout our 4-week stay especially in Medina. The hotel in Medina was extremely nice and clean.
The group leaders all made sure that we were all looked after & informed us extremely well about procedures and the pilgrimage rituals. We were particularly impressed by brother Altaf & we would like to thank everybody for their efforts.May Allah swt reward them all for their efforts ameen.
