They were brokering a deal between my company and the dealer for finance for a van. I was contacted by them and advised the finance had been approved and paperwork would be sent out. I sent the deposit to the dealer as a result.

When I received the paperwork, the finance had been approved for the company but with the condition that I signed a personal guarantee. This was not the agreement and I was not happy to do this.

I therefore informed them that I no longer wanted to proceed with buying the van as I did not feel comfortable signing a guarantee and had not been informed I would be required to do this. I am now struggling to get the deposit back from the dealer. As soon as motion finance realised they were not getting their commission as the deal was not going ahead, they were no longer interested in resolving a situation they have created.

I am now taking legal action against the dealer and this company.

Avoid this company, all they are interested in is making money
