His efforts in arranging Ziyarat in Madinah, coordinating my car journey from Madinah to Makkah, and organizing Ziyarat in Makkah were commendable. Additionally, he ensured a smooth transfer from Makkah Hilton Hotel to Jeddah Airport, showcasing the commitment to providing a comprehensive and well-rounded experience.

The drivers assigned for my Ziyarat trips in Madinah and Makkah left a lasting impression, especially Brother Khadim Hussain Sab in Makkah. His enthusiasm, attentiveness, and post-journey follow-up demonstrated a level of service that exceeded my expectations. It is individuals like Brother Khadim who contribute to making Safwa Travels stand out as a premier travel agency.

Prior to embarking on this spiritual journey, I had reservations and uncertainties, given that all travel arrangements were conducted online. However, from the moment I commenced my journey until my return home, I was met with perfection. The establishment of a 24/7 active WhatsApp group proved invaluable, providing instant assistance whenever needed. This level of accessibility reassured me and ensured that I never felt alone during my pilgrimage.

I travel with Safwa for Umrah in November of 2023. The experience was nothing but fantastic. My agent was brother Muhammad Arslan Khan. He was truly remarkable. As soon as I contacted Safwa, he was the first one to handle my case. He answered all of my questions and put me at ease as this was my first trip to the Middle East. He handled all of my paperwork in a speedy and thorough manner.
From the moment I left the US until my return, it felt like he was there with us the whole time. When I arrived in Jeddah, I was having phone troubles. This brother literally called me over 9 times to make sure I got on the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. He was always available if we had questions and directed us to the correct person/s for quick answers.
