The overall structure, 1-3 severity/immediacy rating, detail, and clear photos made me feel the report covered all areas, or was clear when further investigation was required. It helped me make the tough decision not to proceed with purchase, where a less-thorough report may not have caught all the issues that built up the big picture. Grateful for the expert opinions.
