Entered a free competition to win site credit for new customers, completely forgot about it til I received an email earlier to say I had won £20 site credit. Decided to use it on the instant wins and won £100. Was in my bank within 10 minutes of my details being confirmed. Thank you, will definitely play again.

Great competition site to have ago on. I haven't been playing long and already won a 2.5gram bar of gold. I was called live on the show and then straight after the draw to sort out shipping details etc. Can't fault them 5* all day long.

Paul with the help of Tony who offered this Technophobe exceptional Customer Service from start to finish and my report was responded to in a speedy manner. Turns out it was a simple typo error which caused the fault at their end. But due to the late hour; this wasn’t able to be recognised until the next day when that IT person began work; however, Paul’s persistence ensured my issue was resolved so I could purchase my 🎟️ ticket B4 I retired for the night.

Paul in particular was amazing; patient with myself and nothing was too much trouble. Trouble shooting with myself late into the night; until my issue was resolved right B4 I retired for the night; but not B4 I got my 🎟️Tickets with an order confirmation email.

I love watching these draws live on a Friday evening, the guys are honest, genuine and engaging and it’s fun to get involved in the banter on the lives with them.
The draws are super easy to navigate from the initial page, to purchasing the tickets, through to the payment and any prizes are swiftly passed to you. I recently won the £100 cash draw and the money was in my account within the hour!!

I must admit I was a little skeptical as I’ve been burned in fake raffles before but I can assume you they are 10000% genuine. I won some credit which was sent immediately, some cash on an instant draw which they contacted me immediately for and put in my bank within 5 mins, and then (comes in 3’s!) I won on the main live draw. They called me live to confirm (I’m so squeaky on the phone apparently) and the funds were in my account within 5 mins of the live finishing. Lovely guys, great service, easy to use website. What’s not to love
