Watch looked new again when it arrived from Total Watch Repair. Communications during the wait were timely and informative. The only negative involved the time it took for them to get the part needed. But I don't believe that was TWR's fault. So, all in all very satisfied and will use them again when needed in the future.

Took too long.
3 weeks to install a new movement in my wristwatch is way longer than necessary. (Required two nudges by email.)
Having said that, got the watch back and a week in it’s performing well. Though if it had conked out in a week we would be talking zero stars.
In fact, asking someone to judge the quality of the repair right after getting it back isn’t really helpful. Ask me again in a year. Or two years. The repair cost as much as the watch so I’d hope to get several years of headache free performance before really assessing the new movement.

UPDATE: I am EXTREMALLY pleased with TWR. As I stated in an earlier review, there was an issue with two of my clients watches I sent in for repair. One of the management team/owners reached out to me for reasonable resolutions. They replaced a crystal for free and the other they reset the crystal and "fish eye" for the date (I paid a very small portion).
