I use the Handbook often, it’s easy and efficient to use and has lots of very useful data. I needed to reach Ed Sheehan’s agent and received details quickly and accurately. Really helpful.

Well ..I am sorry HB but I subscribed regretfully..no response from anything here at all .very disappointed. I unsubscribed but you continued to take money from my card...you then had the cheek to say you had tried to take money from my card but were unable to do so..wrong HB it's on my statement..will you be reimbursing me ?? Because iv tried to contact you ..hello ..hello ..nobody there !
People be carefull ..it really was not a helpful site for me ..not a pleasant experience and I really do feel I have thrown money away here ..

"Waste of money!"

A lot of the numbers I tried calling multiple times without an answer. The free trial is a waste of money, especially if you forget to cancel, they then charge you £57 + VAT and don't offer any refunds whatsoever. All I was told was I will still have access to it until the end of the month... even though I can't get one conversation from it. Terrible policies, just as bad as insurance companies. Your better off searching for the agencies directly with a simple google search.
