"This feels like a scam"

This feels like a scam. I have not started the program yet because I have received nothing after paying 600+ dollars almost a month ago. It could be great but my patience is wearing thin. They make you pay 29 dollars for overnight shipping and then you wait forever for shipment. Customer service by text seems robo. No help whatsoever.

They will not provide EIN or W-9 in order for me to submit to insurance.

"I paid the consult fee"

I paid the consult fee, did the labs, haven’t received any info on lab work two weeks now.
This is not as convenient as one might think.

Femexcelle might inform new users how long this process is.
Really has left a bad taste in my mouth.
I’m an RN and I have never had labs take this long.
Seems fishy and I have lost trust in the company.
Also they are under a few different company names.
I’m feeling uncomfortable that I started this process.

I paid the fee and filled out the questionnaire with n Feb 2nd. Then it was time to schedule an online appointment, but there are no available appointments in the month of February.
