What a great team. I spilled liquid on a 10-year-old laptop and they called me back after contacting them online with advice on how to limit the damage before I could drop it off. The drop off was Covid-19 friendly and once they had had a chance to examine the laptop, called me with clear options. I opted to buy new rather than repair due to the age of the previous laptop and they price-matched a military discount on the Apple store and then set up my new computer to match my previous laptop. They also extracted my old hard drive for me. No data was lost at all. They were very friendly and professional throughout, communicated well and I would definitely recommend them for Mac issues.
