There was a minor issue with missing parts, but our sales rep Russell Hall was very responsive and quick in addressing it. Overall a very positive experience dealing with Sentry Air.

We purchased a downdraft table (SS-435-DDB-STAND-M) for our soils laboratory. It is used when the personnel is grinding soils and plant tissues and works very well. Sentry Air Systems has a great customer service (Thank you, John!)

We worked with Sentry Air Systems to provide two fume hoods for two of our sites. John was a huge help in assisting us with our needs. He was very knowledgeable and always available to answer questions and provide additional assistance as needed. We will definitely be using Sentry Air Systems in the future for our ventilation needs.
