Your plants are always excellent, and I love the variety you present. This time, I fear that though I feel confident they will come through, several of the pelargoniums were looking a bit tired and yellow when they arrived.

Well packed plants, delivery excellent. Delivery by Royal Mail rather than courier so arrived when expected. Plants very healthy and undamaged.

"No contact"
Order placed on 3rd April. Money taken. Heard nothing since and they have not replied to the four emails I have sent. The greatest disappointment is not the money ( although that’s bad). It’s not receiving the plants, or any communication or reply nearly seven weeks later . Very upsetting
Further emails sent no reply or sign of any plants on the way and it will be two months in a couple of days since I ordered. Can cope with late delivery if something I have ordered is a late bloomer or if the demand as been high. The issue is just no contact update or reply.

"Disappointing"
The plants were received in good condition but some of our choices (order placed and paid for in January 2023) were substituted. Considering they had 5 months to complete the order this is very disappointing. An email to inform us of the unavailable plants would have been appreciated so we could either cancel or make our own alternative selections. Clearly it is not practical to send the unwanted plants back, so we are stuck with them by default. Such a shame as we had keenly anticipated the delivery ......Not happy.

"I have been repeatedly let down with…"
I have been repeatedly let down with two orders that I placed in December 2022 and Jan 2023. Allwoods need to improve their customer service. They do not return phone calls, They do not respond to e mails. When I did speak to staff the information I was given was inaccurate and vague. They were rude and abrupt when I spoke to them today and had no record of previous calls. It appears they can no longer provide the order I placed. I can accept that delays can occur but I do not accept being lied by incompetent dishonest rude people. This is not a reliable company to place an order with.
