"Charged for applications but not provided ability to use."

This company charged me for the license for the applications and have never provided the ability to sign-in to use the software. They send other emails to the correct address to see training and keep saying they have sent an email. Their automated system for resetting passwords does not seem to work as well. They have responded to my input on their FB site saying a password reset will be sent.

THIS IS GREAT SOFTWARE, just the front end gives 4 good apps, and there are some otos that you might like also...600 credis per month per app is ok for most.. eg 600 background removals .
