I've seen all the positive reviews but that has not been my experience. I feel very let down by this company - after 5 weeks of waiting for a heater to be delivered, I asked for an update, to be then informed by email the order had been cancelled. I was informed that I was getting a refund ( no apology) that was 2 more weeks ago - I still haven't received anything. I would think twice about using this company as they have let me down badly. I could say a lot more.

They were pretty responsive and the order was delivered speedily. However, the heat sensor was missing from the package and so I had to contact another supplier to source this. Otherwise, a good and competitively priced service.

I had a home sauna for the past 20 years but sold our house and needed a sauna in the much smaller confines of an apartment. We knew exactly what we wanted and decided to buy the parts and have it built ourselves. The first few suppliers we contacted just kept trying to push their standard products to get us to fit into their conceptions rather than the other way around.
