No problem ordering online and delivery was prompt.
When I opened the box which contained a stove grate, I noted that the grate was very well protected with wrapping.
On uncovering it entirely I found a small nib of cast iron with the grate, which turned out to be part of the lower leg.
As I needed the stove,[ it was the middle of March], I just propped the bottom of the leg with a piece of tile, which levelled the grate.
I am sure the company would have replaced same but I didn't have the time to send it back.

I think the carrier had tried to get the coal bunker through a gap between the house and the garage. There is scratching on it but not bad enough to ask for a replacement.
