Placed my order, received a call saying that half of the order is out of stock for couple of week (wasn’t marked while ordering).
A week later miss my other half of the order. Contacted Caitlin, she sent me an email saying that if they deliver half of the order, for other half when back in stock I need to pay the shipping again… I was so disappointed. Call the office they said can’t cancel my order, can’t issue a refund. So had to fight to get my half off my order 10days later (ordered for next day delivery) the other half will come 3 weeks later… Seriously what a mess this place.
