Purchased a pram - pram is great, was competitively priced and in-stock.

Small detractor from experience regarding dispatch/delivery, purchased express delivery, all references were made to Aus-post as courier, but it ended up being a different company who weren’t the clearest in their tracking. Sherpa were efficient in their response to my query, which was great, but I was a little disappointed to not receive the order before the weekend despite having paid for express. Though it must be noted delivery was within posted timeframes (just), and on reflection, the item was larger than I suspect Aus-post handle, perhaps too large for air-freight, meaning that any delay was not necessarily the fault of Sherpa other than perhaps their management of my expectations/anticipation by exception on this occasion due to the size of the package and courier method, and my personal management of said expectations/anticipation.

Overall though, we’re very happy with the purchase and the service!

I bought merino tops from Sherpa in the past and was impressed with the quality. So, I thought I'll take advantage of their recent generous sale. The day after my order I got a text message to let me know that one of the tops I ordered was a display item, and it was the last one. I was offered me some options, and once we sorted it out, the delivery happened very quickly. Thank you, Sherpa :-)

"Gaiters are robust but not a good fit"

Gaiters are reasonably robust but just not a good fit for average sized calves. They are far too big and the velcro is not positioned to work well when the strap is pulled tight. I will be replacing them with another brand.
