Fantastic super efficient service. Graham was a lifesaver coming to our rescue to tend to a jammed wheel lock on our caravan. He was the only one willing to give it a go and succeeded.

We had lost the keys to my husband’s grandmas 1930s old china cabinet and I thought it was going to be a huge hassle to have new ones made as the locks and keys are pretty tiny - I need not have worried - Graham was polite and helpful when I called him for advice, he arranged to visit at my convenience a couple of days later and with no fuss or mess at all he made two new keys which work perfectly.
