"Replacement wedding ring"

The shop had a gold band ring that I thought I would like (to replace a wedding ring I had lost). Seemed a good price, and the shop lady was very helpful in showing it to me and arranging it to be resized for my finger. The job was done within a short time and the ring sent securely (by Royal Mail). I was very pleased with the service - as I am with the ring.

Welcoming and professional. I needed the stones from a diamond ring making into earrings.
Banwells provided information on what metal to use for the posts, I.e. 9 carat, 18 or white gold. The number of claws required to keep the stones safe but giving max sparkle. They kept me informed of the progress of the work and ensured they were ready for a forethcoming wedding. Well done Banwells.

We have visited once before to buy a new piece of jewellery and sell some old jewellery . Heidi remembered us and made us most welcolme.We told Heidi what we were looking for and time was taken to find the right piece which needed a little adjustment no pressure whatsoever.
