The company did not take adequate safety measures for safeguarding fire in its server room. The suport service after an incidence in there server room was very bad, mine is internet based business and I am suffering since last 4 days, I am only getting promise from them. Now I want to cancel my plan as I can not afford disruption of my service, to which they refuse to refund my money whereas the service disruption was from them.
My advise, avoid them if your business is internet based, also don't pay in advance- only pay what is minimum required.
I am now moving to another foreign service provider

A friend of mine recommended HostNext to me. Their renewal prices are quite reasonable. But my last experience with them regarding a Nameserver change was excellent. The first thing I liked about them, was their prompt response and tackling of the issue swiftly. The only thing I wish they could add is to allow "delegate access" which will allow their clients to give access to maintain and develop the website but the developer will not be able to transfer or do any harm to you. I had given access to my web developer with my heart in my throat. So Please add this option to provide more security to your clients. at the moment is it a 4.5 rating from me.
I am definitely going to recommend this company to all my friends and colleagues.
