"The company is a huge fraudster"

The company is not refunding the amount I paid to them in the month of Dec, 23. I have contacted the customer support a number of times, and yet their representative "Mr. Salma Khan" says they processed it. I do not have the option to upload any attachment here, otherwise I would have given you proof how bad the company is and how bad the customer support is.
They cannot even tell me the reference number for the bank transaction which they made to my credit card. And they say that we processed it. It has been 5 months and my problem is still not resolved.
