"Never Made the Purchase -Lack of transparancy"
As a first time new customer I completed their on-line questionnaires for my dogs and was at the check-out. Before purchasing I wanted to know the calories per oz to verify their daily recommendation aligned with my vet's recommendation. I also wanted to know the quantity of food I was paying for to compare with other brands. I spent 21 minutes on chat and was unable to get this information, I tried to call but had to schedule a call so I sent an e-mail. After 3 e-mails to a CS rep that could not read I still didn't have the information. After all this aggravation I never placed my $240 order. If a company will not be transparent with their guaranteed analysis I will not feed it to my dogs. My dogs love Farmers Dog, Ollie and Just Foods so I rotate and combine for variety, without any aggravation.

"Very expensive and does not care"
Very expensive and does not care about their customers. I ordered a trial for my dog that I just rescued. And got an email stating that I had only 3 days to cancel. It was a holiday weekend and I did not get a chance to see my emails. The email said “This one is set to process on Sep 04 2023 and will ship shortly after.If you'd like to make any modifications to this order, please login to your customer portal, or get in touch with our Customer Care team by emailing or texting.You have until 5pm ET the day before.”
That paragraph is so misleading since it states a sept 4th date. Then say we had until the day prior at 5pm ET. My time zone is not Eastern time so I had even less time to cancel. They should’ve also said clearly to cancel by sept 4th not phrase it in a way where it makes you think you can still cancel on sept 4th. I cancelled my subscription as soon as I read the email on sept 4th 1am in my time zone. Of course, you are not able to contact them right away at that time. I cancelled the subscription on the website. The next morning, I received an email saying that it’s already been shipped. I reached out right away just for them to ignore my issue and tell me it’s too late to cancel. I find it hard to believe that they already ship and packaged everything that quickly and not allowing customers to cancel or give them a courtesy. That was not enough time for me to cancel and cancelling online only led to cancelling the next month’s meals. This is so expensive and unaffordable and they will do nothing to help you out. The only thing they offered was for you to donate all the food for 50% off refund. That does not help at all when I’m giving away expensive product I already can’t afford and for 50% off.. not even a full refund for me to give my dogs food away. This is very disappointing and I see others have felt the same way in other reviews before mine.
