"Ordered a personalised Christmas stocking"

Ordered a personalised Christmas stocking late on Saturday 18/12. Realised the next day I’d mistakenly ordered the wrong one. Sent an email asking if it was too late to amend my order. Within the hour received a reply saying that my order had been amended. Next day received an email saying my order had been dispatched. Wednesday 22/12 received my order (should have received it on the 21/12 but Parcel force had a problem at their main distribution centre). Regardless, revived well in time for the big day.
