Amazing chocolate! I have purchased from here so many times and I apologise I am only just writing a review. From advent calendars, valentines and Easter chocolates, to hampers - this company are different from the rest. Quirky packaging that's as good as the chocolate and great customer service. I will never shop with the "big" chocolate brands again and prefer to support a small business who offer something different and actually tastes amazing!

"Sent to wrong address"

When I ordered this as a gift, I got it sent to my house by accident. When I realised, I emailed them and asked for it to be sent to the recipients address. They sent back an email saying they could do that but then sent an email saying it was out of stock, do I want a refund or wait. I decided to wait but it got delivered to my house.

Excellent customer service. I ordered the fruit and nut tin, but the lid had come off in the box. I Sent an email and received a quick response with an option of a replacement or refund.

Apart from the lid being off, the tins were lovely and the free chocolate coin was a nice touch.
