Many thanks to KB recovery while on holiday at the caravan and camping club site at Kessingland they sent Gary the technician out to repair my car. Thank you Gary very professional and great customer service .👍👍

"Car breakdown"

My car broke down, so I called my breakdown insurance (on a Sunday) I thought I was going to be waiting for hours, but they were there in 20 minutes.
Really pleasant guy. He towed my car to the garage and dropped me all the way back home. It made a stressful situation so much easier.

"Car unable to start"

Car unable to start, KB appointed by insurer. KB attended vehicle but could not start. They loaded the car onto their tow truck immediately and took it to their workshop late on a Friday. They had a mechanic look at it Saturday am, and got the car running again. They performed a full service on the car and it was ready to collect on Monday pm. The tow truck driver, receptionist and mechanic were polite, courteous and very helpful. Would recommend.

Thanks you so much for a great response on Friday 7th October 2022. Our elderly neighbour had broke down in her mobility buggy outside Asda, her have rung the supplier of the buggy and their response which was we will come out to you next Tuesday, someone broken down at the age of 93 and get told that. I rang AB Autos and within 30mins they were there, can't praise them enough, the service the manner in which they took the call and how very polite every one was and the speedy of teh recovery. Our neighbour was so grateful. Well done guys
