"Where is my order!? 2 weeks, still not sent and no reply to emails or calls. Very disappointing."

I have left multiple voicemails and emails, as the order I placed almost 2 weeks ago has still not been dispatched. My first purchase with All Of The Lights was positive. That order was dispatched within 2 days.

"Perfect pendants"

Range of lights for pendant lighting of kitchen was really broad and the price comparison for the same light made it a no-brainer. All of the Lights was significantly cheaper, including postage. I was astounded that the lights were delivered by courier 24 hours after ordering. I don't live in a capital city and was impressed on all counts.

I was emailed to let me know my order was shipped on 31st January- it is now the 8th February & I still haven’t received my light. I have made 3 phone calls over the last 2 days with no response!

"Weeks after order placed it's summarily cancelled"

Weeks after placing my order I received a message saying that my order had been cancelled and my money refunded but no explanation. I was in the middle of moving house and couldn't follow up immediately but would like to know why my order was cancelled and if the items will be available at any time as I would still like to have them.
