"Bought nails because they said they'd…Last 3 weeks"

Bought nails because they said they'd last up to 3 weeks and were super strong (pictured opening a can). Only 12 hours after applying them 2 of them broke. When I opened the package I thought they were too thin to be as strong as described and I was correct. There's no way these nails will last for 3 weeks since 2 of them have broken after only half a day of wear.

I've been having some issues with some of the nail designs rubbing or chipping off. I brought the issue to their attention and they are replacing all the nails that were damaged. One nail design wasn't available anymore so they had me pick out another to send in it's place. I have used their top coat on all the nails that were damaged, however, the top coat always comes off within a few days. I brought this to their attention as well, so we will see if any changes are going to be made. They have always responded to my emails by the next morning when I send them a message. I work in retail so I'm pretty rough on the nails as well. So all in all I think they are a pretty good product.

Customer service was great. I will say as far as staying on, while the solid glue held the clear design for almost a week, the solid color nails only lasted a couple of days. I had issues getting the glue and base coat to set. Perhaps the light wasn’t strong enough. This was also my first attempt so it could have been user error as I’m very inexperienced with doing my own nails. I give them a 5 for responsiveness to my emails. They are coming from China, so they take time to come in, but pretty decent quality for glue on nails. I’m just really rough with nails so I may have to stick to the salon.

I placed my order 4/21, it shipped 4/22. It is now 5/2 and still in transit with no eta. i don't even know where my shipment is right now. i emailed customer service service I'm still waiting for a response. I've ordered items from other places since then and have long since received my orders but still waiting for this one. i probably will not order from this company again. Especially if the products aren't worth the wait.**UPDATE- emailed customer service with no response so they don't respond to emails. Don't waste your money with them.

"The glue didn’t stay on my nails"

The glue didn’t stay on my nails. Took off the old polish, washed my hands dry them good. Then put you glue on my nails and put glue on the fake nail. Waited until it dry. Went out and they started to fall off. How embarrassing.
