I had a piece of furniture broken. Which is fine, it happens. But I submitted a ticket 2 weeks ago and support is ignoring my emails.

Other than that the experience was great.

100% fraudulent billing, unprofessional. Did NO work yet tried to bill for time not even present on the property. Waste of time, resources and I could go on and on. Avoid at all costs, will be taking them to court if necessary.

"Guys were good, but damaged furniture."

Guys were good, but with repeated requests to use a blanket ( even provided them one) they majorly damaged a custom made dining table and never said anything. Closed the pod and left. We opened to inspect and found the damage.
