I thought I’d wait till the property I purchased off plan from The Prestbury Advisory completed in purchase to give a genuine full experience review. Bhav was the consultant that sold me the property. Firstly he gave me a lot of breathing space which is what I needed when making such a big decision and also being my first one. Secondly he sent regular construction updates during the build period along with what the value of property could be like upon completion. They are now tenanted & renting out higher than what was first mentioned!
