Much the same as most of the other reviews I paid in full £350 for the 360* google photo shoot in July and was told by the photographer it would be about 4 weeks before it would be going live nothing by the end of August so tried to contact them the only way of doing this I found was to pretend to be new customer and then told them of my complaint ( they phoned within 24hrs ) the lady said she would look into this for me then emailed me to say it was going live on on the 7th September , still nothing now and it's the middle of October.
If they read this I hope you can sleep at night because this as really made me distressed

I recently had a sales rep come to our shop and we were sold the 360 google view. We waited the month for the images to show and nothing.
I called the rep and he grudgingly called me back to tell me the photos were pending and to wait a further week. This was a month ago so now we are approaching approx. the 2 1/2 period and the photos are still not there.
I am annoyed that I let myself get duped by these guys and if they had any decency they would call me back to refund the £350 I paid to promote my business through them.
If anyone is reading these reviews, do not use this company as they are simply ripping people off. Shame on you!!!

It's a shame that Google trust this company...
No customer service or whatsoever, no service provided for the fee being paid. After several phone calls, emails, complaints still simply no response at all. Wouldn't do business with them again.

"worst company ever"
had a rep come into my salon offering a 360 of the salon for Google maps I paid half £175 the rep claimed my business and left telling me he would send me the receipt and log in details in the next week.
After not getting anything sent to me I contacted the rep and was told I had to ring head office to sort it which I did they didn't help me. I rang again on the Monday and got through to another person and was told I had to contact google to reclaim my business as they couldn't help at which point I cancelled the contract and was told I would receive my refund in up to 10 days this never came through so loads more phone calls and finally I received the refund.
I emailed a complaint through to them direct which this is over 4 weeks ago and still nobody has contacted me to discuss this.
I would not recommend these to anyone it was a battle to get my money back I was left totally feeling like I had been conned.

"Cube Online Ripoff Merchant"
This company is one of the most unprofessional companies i have dealt with swell as being a rogue trader.
I had moved to new premises which we were renovating when cube online rep came in and signed me up for 360 degree service for my new furniture showroom. We told the rep our opening date and photographer turned up a week later which was not agreed with the rep as we were still refurbishing our premises. Photographer stated that he could not carry out service and the office would be in touch to reschedule to which nothing has happened for 6 months. i rang cube online to get a refund on my £295.00 and they said because the shoot was cancelled on the day i would not be entitled to a refund i calmly explained to the operator that it was cancelled due to the fact that Cube Online had got the dates mixed up and had not adhered to my opening date to which i received I'm sorry but you can't have your money back.
Cube Online you are a joke and you rip off people and businesses and refuse to refund people when you have messed up and can't organise your own field team next stop watchdog and trading standards for me.

Communication is really bad ive paid for the service in full they uploaded photos but still left old one on google they said they would email me links so I can add to my website facebook etc I have emailed several times also they never answer phone just left on hold give up after one hour

We paid 50% of the fee for a virtual view back in May, following a visit from a door to door sales person, on the understanding that we would pay the remaining 50% on seeing the image. The photographer turned up but we're still waiting three months later to see the result. I've rung several times, but end up on hold of up to an hour. I left several messages, and eventually someone rang back, who said we'd see something within a week. I'm still waiting another month later and once again ringing and getting no answer. Given the number on their website also relates to a so called 'concierge service', I dread to think what service it's clients are getting.
There is no area on trust pilot to reply to your reply or pass on my e-mail. Company is Marble Property Services and I've sent your co many e-mails

"Dishonest & Disrespectful"
Paid upfront for a 360 virtual tour and enhanced listing, should have been live within 20 days according to the sales guy. No luck with that one! We had meetings booked where they never turned up, no one let us know they wouldn't be coming etc. Eventually got the meeting, phoned the office to see why it wasn't online yet, they said it takes 30 days, argued with the sales guy sat next to me that it should be 30 not 20, eventually they agreed we'd been told 20. They asked for an extension, still not online.. a 3rd deadline came and went, still nothing.. They refunded half the money - which is great but reluctant. We're now on our 5th deadline, we were supposed to have a call today but the guy is not in today.. convenient.. again, no one let us know not to set aside that time for the call.
As it stands we have nothing, no virtual tour, no listing, no nothing.. Just a lower bank balance and a lot of loose ends to chase up. Don't waste your time or money, use ANYONE else!
