"Light took weeks to come and then was wrong"
I ordered a single LED GU10 bulb from these guys. It took weeks to actually arrive. I asked where it was after the first weeks delay via the website instant chat thing and was told that it was on back order.
After another week i emailed them and told them to cancel the order since it was obviously not going to arrive. I had no response to this email.
The bulb was finally delivered after well over a month and it was different from the one i ordered and would not fit into my fire rated downlighter pods.
To be honest, it's only £6 or something so im not sure it's worth my time persuing a refund so i wont bother. Needless to say that i WILL NOT be shopping here again.

Purchased items in March 2015. Items came and were wrong so I sent back. I requested a refund and having been chasing them up for the 3 Months and still nothing. Avoid this company like the plaque. I wish I had read these reviews first before buying from them.

Ordered 2 Spot GU 10 LEDS, both not working I've had to pay to return them, still waiting for my refund, pretty certain I will not get the postage back from them!

I've got involve with that company two years ego and must said that i was happy with the way they handle my orders.Invoices arrive very quick and once i have paid i received my item next couple of days.Then there was problem with my order.
I have order 7 panels 600 x 600 and instead i got 3 panels 1200 x 600 so i contact customer service at LedLightZone to get that sort it out.
That was 4 months ago and i still have wrong panels that is no use for me.Man at LLZ that call him self Sales Manager promissed me that he get that sort it and send me money back and pick up wrong panels but so far nothing.So my BIG advise to everyone who thinking to buy stuff from them, DO NOT DO IT.

"Don't waste your time"
Waited on hold for quite some time then when I got through and started explaining what I wanted they put the phone down on me, their live chat was flashing up and they didn't reply to me on that either. If they dont want to talk to you regarding a sale what will they be like if something goes wrong???

"Never deliver what you ordered"
Diabolical service, I would never use this company again and I have spent thousands of pounds with them. Update: I got a call from there CEO regarding this reveiw, I explained why I wrote this review and explained why I was not happy with the lies his staff were telling me, he said he would investigate and come back to me the very next morning. That was 3 weeks ago.

I ordered led lighting stripps by phone, 8 days later still no delivery, was then assured they would arrive next day, 4 days later asked for a refund, lied to again, told it was with accounts and would be back with me by end of week, 3 weeks later I'm still waiting, they do not call back, they do. It respond to emails, I'm off to county court later this week. My advice is go to LED but, they deliver on time, and are well priced. This lot are joke

Have used this company on three occasions during 2014 for LED strip and accessories and in each case the items have arrived in full and very quickly. Communication is spot on with confirmation of order followed by confirmation of despatch with tracking

I phoned their helpdesk as this was a first purchase and I couldn't afford slippage due to ordering the wrong parts. I was nervous due to bad reviews about unfilled/late orders so thought I would take a risk but phone to confirm ALL parts of the order were available.
I spoke to a knowledgeable and patient operator who confirmed that all items were in stock. He said he would try to get them out that afternoon but by the time my order was placed it was late in the day so in the end we missed that courier. Ordered late on Wednesday, delivered that Friday. Exactly what I expected in the box.
It would have been good to have email confirmation and a tracker number, given the reviews I had a nervous 40 hrs but they answered the phone when rang and confirmed the status of my order as it was progressing.
I thought I'd post this review to help others who like me saw the negative reviews and would appreciate something positive. Overall good service and I will use again when expanding the system I've purchased.
