Independent Mortgage Associates really made the difference. The bank we selected had a TERRIBLE idea to use an outsourced company (Integrar) for the mortgage process. They were terrible, but Paige Wegener helped us, including dealing with them and I can assure without their support and help, we would not gone though the painful process.

I can't believe I haven't used them sooner to advise on my mortgage offers/ renewals. It is mad that their service to you is FREE - they recover a small commission from the relevant lender (and the cost is not passed on to you i.e. you still receive the same rate as if you didn't use a broker). Literally anyone who mentions mortgages to me now gets the same instant response: "you need to speak to Nay".
